Warranty Information
Titan Pro Services warrants that the labor, materials, and workmanship provided for this project will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or improper workmanship for the lifetime of the refinished surface, beginning on the date the work is completed.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period as a result of defective materials or workmanship, Titan Pro Services will correct the issue at no cost to the original customer. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Failure to pay any portion of the agreed-upon project amount will void this warranty. Final payment confirms that the customer has inspected the completed work and accepts the quality and condition of the finished project.
Scratches, loss of gloss, staining, discoloration, or surface deterioration that develops over time due to regular use, cleaning methods, water conditions, or maintenance practices will be considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.
Bathtubs and baptisteries with existing rust or corrosion will be repaired to the best of our ability. However, any future rust or corrosion that appears after the refinishing work is completed is not covered under this warranty.
Countertop warranties do not cover issues related to laminate separating from the substrate or backsplashes pulling away from the countertop.
Items and Services Not Covered Under Warranty
- Sinks
- Floors
- Bathtubs and baptisteries with pre-existing rust or corrosion
- Damage caused by direct impact from an object that chips, cracks, or otherwise damages the refinished surface
- Caulking and grout discoloration
Customers are responsible for maintaining caulking and grout after the project is completed.
A minimum service call fee of $200 will apply for any requested service visit involving items or conditions that are not covered under this warranty.
Titan Pro Services reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether a reported issue is covered under this warranty.
This warranty may only be transferred if the refinishing work was completed solely for the purpose of selling the property. Any warranty transfer must take place within 6 months of the original project completion date.
